Política de Cambios

Puntos a tener en cuenta para realizar un cambio

Si te llegó tu prenda Kumori y querés realizar un cambio tenés que tener en cuenta los siguientes puntos: 

  • Aceptamos cambios dentro de los 10 días desde que te llegó el pedido (podemos verificar esta información en la página de Correo Argentino).
  • La/s prenda/s deben encontrarse en excelente estado.
  • El costo de los envíos corren por cuenta del comprador. 
  • NO hacemos devoluciones de dinero, sólo cambios de prenda por prenda. 
  • En caso de querer hacer el cambio por una prenda de mayor valor deberá transferir a nuestra cuenta bancaria la diferencia.

Antes de realizar la compra tené en cuenta todos los puntos descriptos anteriormente porque no hacemos excepciones.
